To return merchandise, please call our customer service center at 509-760-3467 (M-F 9am-4pm PST, and ask for a return merchandise authorization number (RMA #). Once you receive the RMA#, place the product in the original box along with the original packing slip. Clearly mark the RMA# on the outside of the box and on the packing slip and send to:
